Who are Yopa?

Yopa, an online estate agency, are one of the latest firms to launch a No Sale, No Fee option. 

In contrast to other online estate agencies, Yopa has developed YopaHub, a personalised online control centre for their customers, which gives ownership of organising property viewings, recieving buyer feedback and recieving offers back to the customer. Customer's will be supported by a specalised agent through the buyer negotiation and sales progression of their home.

On average, those who sold with YOPA accepted an offer in 29 days.

Yopa are rated Excellent by the UK Trust Pilot.

What will it cost? Fixed Fee (Yopa Bundle)

Yopa's fixed-fee offer starts from £839 (or £1399 in some London postcodes). Customers have the option to pay now or pay within 10 months; the pay later option is subject to approval and requires entering into Yopa's credit agreement. 

The Yopa Bundle includes:

• listings on Rightmove, Zoopla and PrimeLocation including photography, floorplans and a detailed description. 
• a ‘for sale’ sign
• support from a dedicated local estate agent
• access to Yopa’s personalised online control centre
• out-of-hours customer service support and a centralised sales-support team. 

What will it cost? No Sale, No Fee Option

With the No Sale, No Fee option, customers can choose between a Core and Premium bundle. 

The Core bundle includes the same services as the Yopa Bundle and is charged at £1495 (or £2695 in some London postcodes). 

The Premium bundle is available for an additional £300 and includes:

• Yopa’s dedicated local estate agent managing and conducting all of the seller’s viewings
• Rightmove and Zoopla premium listings service

Plus, a host of smaller online portals.

The Process

• Book your free home valuation
• Choose how you want to pay 
• Give Yopa authorisation to sell your home
• Your Yopa agent wil prepare the advert for your home, complete with photos, floorplans and a detailed description. Once authorised by the customer, the property will go live on RightMove, Zoopla and Prime Location.
• Via YopaHub, the customer's online control centre, you will recieve immediate viewing requests, buyer feedback and offers. 
• Once you have found a qualified buyer, your Yopa agent and the sales support team will help negotiate a price for your home and see this through to completion.
