Who are Urban?

Urban.co.uk is an online estate agency founded in 2008. Rated Excellent by the UK Trust Pilot, Urban’s team of staff are all qualified with either the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA) or Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) providing a full estate agency service from instruction to completion. 

What will it cost?

Fees start from £795 for selling a property. This package is called the Seller Essential and requires payment upfront. The alternate option is to make a smaller upfront payment of £399 and pay the remainder of £1095 on completion of sale. This package is called Seller Split Fee.

The Process 

1. After registering with Urban, they will come to your property to take photographs, draw up a floor plan and put up a board. Your listing will then go live on the major property portals.
2. Urban will manage all enquires while the customer carries out viewings. Urban will coordinate feedback and qualify interested buyers.
3. All offers are processed by Urban with the best price negotiated.
4. Completion of sale. Urban draft the memorandum of sale, book surveys and liaise with solicitors.
